API, MCP & Integrations
Prebuilt integrations, a documented API and MCP, all working from the same investor record.
Connect to the tools you already use
Each one works from the same investor record your team uses every day.
Ready-made integrations
Built and maintained by Caruso. Our implementation team switches them on and sets them up with you.
Connect via the API
Your developers or technology partner connect your existing solutions to the Caruso Admin API, with webhooks to keep them current.
MCP
BetaConnect ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code or Copilot to your Caruso data. Read-only, one organisation per connection, and approved by your admin.

An API is a secure, documented way for two systems to exchange data, so nobody has to copy it across by hand. With Caruso, your asset management software, general ledger or data warehouse can read investor and fund data, and create or update records, with the same permissions as the person who set up the connection. Webhooks work the other way. Caruso tells your systems the moment a holding, distribution or redemption changes, so they never work from yesterday’s numbers.
Common use cases
Three common ways to put Caruso connections to work.
Wrap platform orders, straight into Caruso
Orders arrive through Calastone and land against the right unit class, with their status sent back to the platform. Your team reviews orders instead of keying them.

A data warehouse refreshed every morning
One manager’s data team resyncs holdings and transactions from Caruso into its own warehouse each morning, then builds board and investor reporting on top.

Marketing lists that stay current
Through the API, investor data syncs to HubSpot as it changes, so a list of everyone holding a fund is current before the next update goes out.

ISO 27001 certified
Independently audited every year.
Encrypted
256-bit encryption in transit and at rest, hosted on AWS in your required region.
Permission-aware
An API key can only do what its owner can do in Caruso, and only in your organisation.
Signed and recorded
Webhooks are signed so you can verify them, and every change is recorded in the audit log.
If you have questions, we have answers
